A letter from Jane Campbell Bannerman
I urge you to support the preservation work of The Bannerman
Castle Trust. With dedication and enthusiasm, The Bannerman Castle
Trust was created eleven whole years ago. It’s purpose to rescue the
castle from ruin and make an educational, cultural and historic
tourist attraction. I remember spending weekends at the castle in
it’s heyday with my husband, Charles S. Bannerman, grandson to the
builder. Time and the elements have taken their toll on the castle,
so I’m thrilled by the exciting work that has been done by the Trust
to date. However, the castle still needs to be stabilized. I would
hate to see us loose it. Help save and preserve the unique
structures on Bannerman Island. It can be done with a little help
from a lot of people. Wouldn’t it be fun if you were one of them? We
welcome your tax deductible donation. Lets try!!
Sincerely,
Jane
